Michael Citron - Team Leader - #1 RE/MAX Florida Agent

After many years of working in the real estate business, Michael decided that it was time to provide the public with the ultimate South Florida real estate experience. As a result, he formed the Citron Real Estate Group. When Michael became a real estate professional over 14 years ago, there was no other place that he wanted to work than in South Florida where he could make a difference. Michael graduated from Nova Southeastern University and holds a Master's of English Education degree. He currently resides in Parkland Isles and enjoys working out and the many recreational activities that South Florida has to offer.

Stephanie grew up in the local community and has been living here since she was 4 years old. She was the second graduating class of Stoneman Douglas High School in 1993, proud to be an Eagle. Stephanie graduated from the University of Central Florida, but eventually moved back to her home town. Stephanie previously managed subsidized housing for mentally ill individuals and veterans. She then became a licensed CAM Manager and managed Homeowner and Condominium Associations throughout Miami-Dade and Broward County.


Stephanie’s knowledge in the housing industry for the last 10 years provides insight to homeowners that can only come with experience. As a local real estate expert, she can use her skills to provide today’s homeowners with the best guidance, knowledge and expertise they need to either sell or buy their dream home.


Stephanie currently resides in Heron Bay with her husband Howard and two children, Samantha and Ryan. Her daughter Samantha attends Westglades Middle School and son Ryan attends Heron Heights Elementary School.

Paula Alves - Realtor/Broker Associate

Paula is an expert local South Florida real estate professional. She is fluent in English and Portuguese and she brings a wealth of knowledge with over 11 years of experience to both buyers and sellers. Paula has also worked in the mortgage business and carries this wealth of home financing knowledge when working with her clients.

Paula is a proud mother to her son Tyler who is 10 years old. She enjoys giving back to the community and supports multiple local charities including the The March of Dimes, The Cystic Fibrosis, The Parkinson's Foundation, etc. She also enjoys spending time with her family and watching her son play hockey at Incredible Ice Arena in Coral Springs.

Jorge started off on our team as a college intern in 2016. Once his internship was completed, he became our Marketing Director and then was promoted to Lead & Property Manager, where he handled our lead database system and property management for our clients investment properties. All of these experiences and growth along the way has led him to become a successful full time agent on our team.

Jorge is originally from Tampa, Florida and is a graduate of the University of Florida, where he obtained his Bachelors in Business Administration and Bachelors in Geography. He is passionate about giving back to the community, especially the Children’s Miracle Network, where he spent his time at school as a Captain for Dance Marathon which supports CMN Hospitals.

Jorge has lived in Parkland for 3 years and resides in Heron Bay with his family. He will always provide premier customer service with his dedication, professionalism and knowledge of the local real estate market.

Brooke Mortensen - Transaction Coordinator

Brooke grew up in Coral Springs, FL and graduated from Coral Glades High School. She is our Office Manager and Transaction Coordinator and has been with our team since 2016.


Brooke processes all of our teams transactions and handles all client files. Having her hand on every file, you can count on Brooke to answer any questions you may have and attend to your needs. She is constantly in contact with all respective parties on your transaction to ensure a smooth and successful closing!


Brooke is a mother to two precious toddlers, Isabella who is 3 and Mason who is 2. She will ensure that you and your family's expectations will be exceeded.

Eitan Abramowitz - Marketing Director

Eitan joined our team in May 2018 as our in house Marketing Director. He is in charge of all of our videos for our listings as well as filming and producing Ask Michael Mondays, Citron Saturdays, and our Vlog. 


Eitan designs many of our marketing pieces for both digital and mail. He works with our printing company to send out postcards, newsletter market updates, and our Squawk report. Our top notch marketing pieces are due to Eitan's prestigious work.

Bobby Gross - Client Relations Manager

Bobby joined our team last year as the Client Relations Manager. He maintains in contact with our past clients to ensure all of their real estate needs are attended to. He also assists our Marketing Director, Eitan, with the production of Ask Michael Mondays and Citron Saturdays.


Bobby has organized events such as our Client Appreciation Gala to show our gratitude to both our current and past clients. He has also facilitated our Home Value Seminar and other various community events in which our team shows support of the local area.


Bobby and his wife Shirley reside in Heron Bay with their two children.
